About the Program: At Royal Caribbean Cruises, we offer a 10-week paid, skill-enriching, innovation-generating summer advantage. Our interns innovate, collaborate, and deliver. As an intern at our corporate headquarters, you’ll be part of a top-notch global workforce.
IT interns may support the IT team in one of the following areas:

Software Development, support, and maintenance of RCG’s Enterprise & Shipboard systems
-
Infrastructure Support & Maintenance of Servers, End-User Devices, Network, etc.
-
Project Management facilitating the delivery of key initiatives
-
Design & Architecture to solution new emerging technologies
-
CyberSecurity to assess risk and mitigate existing threat landscape.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
-
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
-
Organize and maintain IT resources
-
Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
-
Perform other duties as required. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Must be employed from June 3rd - August 9th, 2024 on a full-time basis at our Miramar offices
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Technology field
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Role will require 40 hrs per week.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- High level of critical thinking
- Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience
- Ability to think strategically while managing the details.
- Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
